3Do I have an option to choose between professionals?

All Favorz professionals are trustworthy and provide high-quality service. If you don’t feel comfortable with the professional assigned to your booking, please contact us with your concerns so we can work to connect you with a professional more in-line with your needs.

4How can I trust Favors professional to do a good job?

To ensure that all of our customers have the best experience possible, all professionals are thoroughly vetted. Each Favorz professional must pass extensive background checks and an in-person screening. Furthermore, each professional is required to have paid experience in their field and provide valid references.

5Do Favorz professionals bring their own supplies or do I have to arrange for it?

All of our agents bring in their own supplies. However, work based consumables such as cleaning cloth, a ladder, and spare parts have to be made available at your end or bought on actuals before work starts.

6What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the job, we’ll send another professional to ensure that the work is up to our standards and your satisfaction. In the rare case that we cannot remedy the situation, we will provide you with a full refund.

7What happens if something breaks while cleaning?
Our personnel are trained to handle fragile items with care. However, to avoid such mishaps, we advice you to inform our team in advance about such areas in your home. If a breakage does happen, our Customer Service team will assess the damage and resolve the matter accordingly.
8What should I do if Favorz professionals are late and does not show up?

9Are Favorz professionals background checked?

Yes! All Favorz professionals are Police Verified, thoroughly background checked and must also have a clean record to be considered for Favorz.

10How do I file a claim or complaint?

We pride ourselves on the reliability of Favorz professionals and the quality of service they provide.
